Hi Reader,

As we wrap up the beautiful celebrations of Passover and Easter, I’m reminded of the power of love and faith in bringing us together and helping us grow spiritually.

Oftentimes, depending on how you experience or see spirituality in your life (or maybe you don't experience it at all), there is still a latent belief that only priests, rabbis, imams, or other high-in-the-chain spiritual leaders can send blessings to other beings. But luckily for us, this is not true. We all have this power within us.

The world has given a lot to question these days, but when we carry that spirit of love and compassion forward by sharing kindness and good vibes with everyone around us, we are ascending ourselves. We are growing in light and flourishing in our life's purpose.

And by that, I don't mean doing anything extraordinary. You don't need to go into the quantum field or the unknown (as Dr. Joe Dispenza usually refers to). But you can find wholeness within yourself and extend blessings to someone by simply being who you are. Whether it's a smile, a helping hand, or a heartfelt message, you are helping yourself and the universe get the gifts flowing.
