4 Superb Benefits of Heart Coherence Meditation

HiReader,

As you can see, our goal for this segment is to talk about heart coherence. But before we go into the nitty-gritty of it, I want to share a short note with you.

This newsletter was supposed to go live last week (July 4th). However, I took a break for my self-care. Why not. Fast-forward to yesterday's events, which granted news coverage non-stop, I felt as if this was a sign from my spirit guides telling me to wait (hold this thought for a moment).

Even though I've practiced meditation for many years, I only incorporated heart coherence into my routine very recently, about one year ago. Nevertheless, heart coherence is a practice that I hold in high regard and try to integrate as much as possible in my sessions -- especially when working on breathing meditation, the heart chakra, or any healing process.

Why is that? Better yet, what's heart coherence, then?

Heart Coherence is an alignment between our heartbeats and our brainwaves, leading to a state of coherence. It is usually achieved when we focus on our hearts while nurturing positive emotions, which bring us feelings of love, compassion, joy, and many other benefits.

It is a well-common practice used by psychologists, neuroscientists, and coaches, to name a few, given its research-backed benefits.

Back to my earlier note, my point is that we live in a very polarizing world. And now, more than ever, we need love, understanding, and compassion. This is when heart coherence meditation plays a significant role. I share the entire scoop on it, including a breakdown of its benefits and how to practice this kind of meditation, in this post below. Let me know what you think.

Yours,

Kelly Santana

Meditation Brings Abundance Newsletter Growing in Blessings and Universal Abundance Image by Flor Saurina Hi Reader, As we wrap up the beautiful celebrations of Passover and Easter, I’m reminded of the power of love and faith in bringing us together and helping us grow spiritually. Oftentimes, depending on how you experience or see spirituality in your life (or maybe you don't experience it at all), there is still a latent belief that only priests, rabbis, imams, or other high-in-the-chain...

Meditation Brings Abundance Newsletter You May Be Thinking About It Wrong All Along Image by Ashley Batz Hi Reader, Since I was a teen, I have had this yearning for my place in the world. What was I supposed to do? My purpose. Even though it seemed from the outside that I was a typical teenager, on the inside, I felt completely the opposite. You know that feeling when you're swimming in the ocean, thinking you know where you're going, but the more you swim, the farther the destination seems...

Meditation Brings Abundance Newsletter Never Undermine the Power of Your Intuition Image by Karsten Winegeart Hi Reader, Growing up, I was always that kid that wanted to do things right. You probably have dealt with one at some point. You know, the "good two shoes"? It was not necessarily because I wanted to please my parents, though, like any normal child, my young, developing mind wanted to do so. However, this feeling of right or wrong, which I didn't know how to explain, ultimately ran...
